2007年以来我做职业规划,已经有10年了,接触好多来咨询的朋友,见证了很多成功,也看到很多失败。在这里我总结一下对大家找工作有帮助的经验供大家参考。首先回答几个我最经常回答的问题, 然后是一些有针对性的问题
Q: 我英文不好,可以学数据分析嘛?
A: 这是一个完全没有营养的问题,这就象是在中国问 “我普通话讲不好,我可以申请这份工作嘛?” 。有这么多地方可以学英文,希望您把英文基本提高到一定程度然后再学习专业。可以这样说,你今天学任何专业都可能学错,钱都可能白花。唯有在英文方面的投 资,每一分钱都值得。 
Q: 现在外面就业市场如何?现在的就业率如何?
A: 外面的就业市场其实和您是否能够找到工作关系不是很大。你需要的是尽快充实自己,积极的准备简历及面试。外面工作机会再少也是有的,问题是有一个机会给你,你能否抓住。一个准备好的candidate,一次性拿下面试的例子太多了
 
Q: 多长时间能找到工作? 
A: 这要看你自己的学习刻苦程度。知识点就那么多,掌握了之后,就是简历和面试了。我所接触的大部分没有找到工作的朋友们,要么知识掌握的不到位,要么简历面试毫无章法。真正准备好但没有找到工作是不可能的。所以这是一个唯有你自己可以回答的问题。
Q: 我没有这方面的经验,可以学嘛?
 
有没有经验其实并不重要,重要的是你要有足够的心理和经济上的准备。我见过学英文的,学旅游的,学新闻的都找到工作。共同点是这些人都是狠角色,对自己的要求严格毫不手软。
